DAY 1 | THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12 – BOGOTÁ, CANCÚN, HOTEL XCARET ARTE AND XOXIMILCO
Departure from Bogotá on Avianca flight AV0256, scheduled from 7:45 a.m. to 11:35 a.m. Upon arrival at Cancún International Airport, we will transfer to Hotel Xcaret Arte. After arriving at the hotel, we will enjoy a welcome lunch, complete the check-in process, and have time to settle in and rest. In the evening, we will take part in a group integration experience at Xoximilco Park, where we will enjoy a Mexican-style celebration aboard traditional trajineras, accompanied by live music, Mexican flavors, interactive activities, and group games. It will be a special opportunity to talk, laugh, break the ice, and begin building a sense of community. The spiritual intention of the day will be to discover that faith is also strengthened when we learn to share with joy. “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” Matthew 18:20.
DAY 2 | FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13 – THE LOVE WE BUILD
After breakfast at the hotel, we will travel to the Shrine of Our Lady Undoer of Knots. There, we will learn about its history and have a personal moment to present our “intentions for the impossible,” represented by the knots, concerns, and situations that we wish to place in Mary’s hands. During the visit, participating couples will share a special renewal of vows ceremony. For this activity, women should wear white; men are not required to wear white. Afterwards, we will return to Hotel Xcaret Arte for lunch and enjoy a free afternoon to relax in its facilities, swimming pools, and entertainment areas. In the evening, we will have a special dinner. The spiritual intention of the day will be to rediscover love through the Word of God and renew our commitment to walk together as couples, families, and community. “Love is patient, love is kind; it bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” 1 Corinthians 13:4–7.
DAY 3 | SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14 – CANÁ CHALLENGE: OVERCOMING FEARS AND CHOOSING JOY
After breakfast, we will participate in the Caná Challenge talk, focused on recognizing the fears that limit us and discovering new ways to face them with faith, confidence, and the support of the community. Later, we will enjoy an experience at either Xenses Park or Xel-Há Park. The final selection will be confirmed according to scheduling, availability, and operating conditions. If the activity takes place at Xenses, we will enjoy a sensory experience that challenges perception, balance, and trust, inviting us to let go of control and dare to experience the unexpected. If the activity takes place at Xel-Há, we will spend the day in a natural setting surrounded by water, adventure, and relaxation, with activities that invite us to trust, enjoy, and live with greater freedom. At the end of the experience, we will return to Hotel Xcaret Arte, where each participant may have dinner at one of the hotel’s available dining venues. The spiritual intention of the day will be to overcome the fears that hold us back and remember that joy is also a spiritual decision and a way of giving thanks to God. “Do not fear, for I am with you.” Isaiah 41:10. “Rejoice in the Lord always.” Philippians 4:4.
DAY 4 | SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15 – COMMUNICATING AND WORKING TOGETHER
After breakfast, we will have a group integration session and the opportunity to participate in an optional ferry or catamaran experience. Participation in this activity will be voluntary, and its conditions, availability, and price will be communicated once the final option has been selected. During the day, each participant will complete a practical exercise focused on teamwork and communication, with the purpose of applying what has been learned and sharing the main lessons with the group. Afterwards, we will return to the hotel to rest and continue enjoying its facilities. The spiritual intention of the day will be to learn to listen to one another, communicate more effectively, and recognize that life’s greatest challenges are easier to face when we walk together. “Encourage one another and build one another up.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11.
DAY 5 | MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16 – RETURN HOME
After breakfast, we will complete the check-out process and transfer to Cancún International Airport. We will board Avianca flight AV0257 to Bogotá, scheduled from 12:35 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Our arrival in Bogotá will mark the end of an experience designed to renew our faith, strengthen our sense of community, overcome fears, improve the way we relate to one another, and return to everyday life with a new perspective.
